2. Diagnostic Testing
Full hardware diagnostic: screen, keyboard, battery, charging circuit, motherboard, storage, RAM. R350 diagnostic fee (waived if repair proceeds).
3. Repair & Replacement
Component-level repair where possible. Genuine or high-quality replacement parts sourced from SA suppliers. All work guaranteed.
4. Quality Testing
Post-repair stress testing. Thermal checks, battery calibration, keyboard and port testing. We don't return a laptop until it passes.
5. Warranty & Support
90-day warranty on all repairs. 30-day support for any related issues. Upgrade recommendations provided.
